Imphal, Dec 31 (IANS) Emphasising early detection and awareness of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Wednesday said that the state Health Department is working towards making Tripura a healthy, conscious and welfare-oriented state.
