Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brinjals:
    • Wash and chop the brinjals into small pieces.
    • Soak them in salted water to prevent discoloration.
  2. Temper the Spices:
    • Heat oil in a pan.
    • Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Sauté Onions and Spices:
