A tragic incident occurred in Kupwara district, Jammu and Kashmir, where a 4-year-old child named Sibra Javid lost her life after falling into a water tank while playing near her home. Despite immediate efforts by family members to rescue her and rush her to the hospital, she was declared dead upon arrival at Government Medical College (GMC) Handwara.
