The Aam Aadmi Party Punjab recently organized a meeting for around 1,000 party observers in Chandigarh. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia emphasized the party’s grassroots strength and close ties with the people. Chief Minister Mann highlighted the party’s organizational structure and pro-people governance decisions.
Addressing the observers virtually, Chief Minister Mann dismissed recent media speculation as baseless and praised the observers as the party’s backbone. He stressed the importance of effective communication of the government’s achievements to the public. Additionally, he mentioned that the party’s strength remains unaffected by the recent defection of seven Members of Parliament.
Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Sisodia underlined the strong grassroots structure of the party, with observers appointed for every 15 villages or wards in Punjab. These observers play a crucial role in connecting residents with the party and the government. Sisodia explained that regular review meetings are conducted to assess the work done and strategize for the future.
