The film “Tu Yaa Main,” a survival thriller directed by Bejoy Nambiar and a remake of the 2018 Thai film The Pool, follows the journey of two influencers facing life-threatening dangers in the backwaters. Adarsh described his role in the film as internally driven, focusing on portraying the character’s personal and emotional struggles rather than external conflicts. He highlighted the importance of conveying emotions subtly and allowing the audience to interpret the character’s unspoken feelings.
Adarsh delved into his character Maruti Kadam’s backstory, a passionate rapper from Nalasopara striving for fame under the alias Aala Flowpara. He emphasized the significance of understanding the character’s nuances, silences, and contradictions, opting for a more understated performance to convey depth.
