The performance was part of an inter-college festival during his college years.

Directed by Antoine Fuqua, the film traces Michael Jackson’s journey from his Jackson 5 days in the 1960s to the 1980s Bad tour. Jaafar Jackson, Michael Jackson’s nephew, portrays him in the movie alongside a cast including Nia Long, Juliano Valdi, and others.
Veteran actor Anupam Kher also reminisced about meeting Michael Jackson during the singer’s visit to India in 1996. Kher shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, recalling the surreal experience of shaking hands with the late legend.
