Actor Ronit Bose Roy recently fell victim to cybercrime when individuals, particularly targeting girls, solicited money using his identity. Roy disclosed the contact details of the perpetrator, cautioning about the impending consequences. He urged the public to notify him if approached similarly.

Taking to his official Instagram account, Roy exposed the fraudulent activities, emphasizing that he does not solicit money or bookings through social media. He shared specific details of the fraudulent communication, warning the perpetrator of imminent legal action.

In a series of screenshots, Roy displayed conversations where the impostor requested money under his name. He advised vigilance against such scams, emphasizing the misuse of celebrity identities for financial gain. Roy reiterated that neither he nor his representatives would engage in such deceptive practices.
