Actress Divya Khossla celebrated the two-year anniversary of her action thriller “Savi” on Sunday. She took to Instagram to thank her fans for their overwhelming support and love for the project. Khossla expressed her gratitude, emphasizing the importance of audience appreciation to her as an artist.
The actress shared her joy at the success of “Savi,” which trended at number 1 in 15 countries, including non-Hindi speaking nations like Singapore and Malaysia. She credited the audience’s love and support as the most significant aspect for her as an artist.
Divya Khossla also extended her thanks to director Abhinay Deo and producer Mukesh Bhatt for their dedication to the film. She expressed her gratitude for their trust in her to lead the project. Alongside Khossla, the film features Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Rane in key roles.
“Savi” is a remake of the 2008 French drama “Anything for Her” and follows the gripping tale of Savitri, a housewife attempting to free her husband from a high-security prison in England. The movie is produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under Vishesh Films and T-Series Films banners.
The film’s technical team includes Chinmay Salaskar as the cinematographer and Shaan Mohammad as the editor. Divya Khossla had previously accused the makers of “Jigra,” starring Alia Bhatt, of plagiarizing her film’s jailbreak storyline. She alleged that the box-office numbers were manipulated to show false collections.
