During the movie’s promotions, Kajal Aggarwal expressed her worries about food safety in India, emphasizing the risks posed to the nation’s health, especially for its young population.
Kajal Aggarwal shared her observations on the challenging environment in India, citing pollution, stress, and sanitation issues. She acknowledged the efforts of individuals like Tukaram Munde, the FDA Commissioner, who has conducted numerous raids to ensure food safety. The actress hopes that the film will raise awareness and encourage positive change in people’s attitudes towards food safety.
‘The India Story’, produced by a team including Swati Vinayak Saindane and Anita Jadhav, is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 24, 2026.
