Sharing images on Instagram, Manasi was seen surrounded by script pages and notebooks, describing this environment as her happiest space as an actor and producer. Having started her acting journey in 2004 with Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, she gained popularity through India Calling in 2005 and later appeared in shows like Gulaal, Remote Control, and Laughter Ke Phatke. In 2012, she ventured into Tamil cinema with the film Leelai and made her Hindi debut with Yeh Kaisi Life at the IFFI Festival in Goa.
In 2019, Manasi stepped into production with the Gujarati web series Do Not Disturb, followed by her Gujarati cinema debut in Golkeri. Her portrayal of Monghi in the film Kutch Express earned her the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2024, making her the first Gujarati actress to achieve this recognition. Her horror comedy film Jhamkudi was a commercial success, and she recently starred in the film Jab Khuli Kitaab directed by Saurabh Shukla, alongside Pankaj Kapur and Dimple Kapadia.
