Actress Palak Tiwari and rapper King are gearing up for their streaming debut in the new OTT series ‘Lukkhe’, set to release on May 8. The show features a star-studded cast including Raashii Khanna, Lakshvir Singh Saran, Nakul Roshan Sahdev, Kritika Bharadwaj, Shivankit Parihar, Yograj Singh, and Ayesha Raza Mishra.

The creators and Executive Producers of ‘Lukkhe’, Agrim Joshi and Debojit Das Purkayastha, expressed their excitement about the project. They described the series as a unique blend of high-octane action, rap music, and raw emotions, aiming to deliver an immersive and intense viewing experience. The series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on May 8.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Chandigarh, ‘Lukkhe’ delves into the world of rap culture, ambition, and crime. The storyline revolves around a tale of revenge and redemption, focusing on the personal vendetta between rival rappers MC Badnaam (played by King) and OG (played by Shivankit). The show promises a mix of action-packed sequences, gunfights, and powerful musical performances.

Nikhil Madhok, Director & Head of Originals at Prime Video, India, highlighted the platform’s commitment to innovative storytelling. He emphasized that ‘Lukkhe’ embodies this ethos by combining action and rap music while maintaining a balance between pace and emotional depth. With a diverse and talented cast, including newcomers King and Palak Tiwari, the series is poised to captivate audiences across India and 240 other countries and territories upon its release.

Produced by Vipul D. Shah and Rajesh Bahl under Optimystix Entertainment and White Guerrilla LLP, ‘Lukkhe’ is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on May 8, 2026.
