Actress Raashii Khanna shared that working out is akin to therapy for her, aiding in dispelling negativity. In a recent vlog on her YouTube channel, she expressed how her perspective on fitness has evolved over time. Raashii emphasized that fitness, to her, is not solely about appearance but also about enhancing daily life.
Raashii highlighted, “The meaning of fitness for me has changed over time. Working out for me is like therapy; if I don’t do it, I think I will accumulate all the negativity in life.” She stressed the importance of incorporating prayer and meditation into one’s routine, stating that fitness encompasses not just physical appearance but also mental well-being.
Encouraging women to focus on self-improvement rather than comparisons, Raashii admitted that initially, she aimed solely for a thin physique. She advised, “Take one step at a time, make that effort of doing something physical, and stop comparing yourself to anyone else.” Raashii cautioned against following trends and instead advocated for embracing individual uniqueness and strength.
In her upcoming projects, Raashii will reprise her role as Megha in the second season of “Farzi” alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi. Additionally, she is set to star in “Talakhon Mein Ek” with Vikrant Massey and “Bridge” alongside R. Madhavan. Raashii has also been cast in Anees Bazmee’s untitled project, where she will share the screen with Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan.
