Actress Somy Ali recently honored the memory of the late superstar Divya Bharti on her 33rd death anniversary. Somy Ali shared a throwback photo of Divya from a 90s photoshoot, expressing her deep sense of loss and admiration for Divya’s exceptional talent. Describing Divya as a fearless and immensely talented individual, Somy Ali fondly remembered her friend with heartfelt words.

Divya Bharti, a rising star in the early 90s Bollywood era, made a significant impact with her remarkable performances in films like “Deewana,” “Shola Aur Shabnam,” and “Vishwatma.” Despite her young age, Divya quickly gained fame and starred alongside renowned actors such as Shah Rukh Khan and Rishi Kapoor. Known for her versatility, she also found success in Hindi and Telugu cinema, leaving a lasting impression on audiences.

With hit songs like “Saat Samundar Paar” and “Aisi Deewangi,” Divya Bharti’s legacy in the entertainment industry endures, showcasing her enduring popularity. Tragically, her promising career was cut short when she passed away at the age of 19 after a fatal fall from her Mumbai apartment balcony in 1993.
