Bollywood star Adah Sharma finds achieving work-life balance challenging, likening it to a game of Jenga where even a small change can disrupt everything. She admits that maintaining a perfect balance is tough and instead focuses on handling her days with humor and celebrating small victories.
Adah acknowledges her struggle with balance but emphasizes her ability to stay composed. She humorously mentions that she sometimes considers five hours of sleep as a form of wellness and manages to navigate the day without much irritation. For her, accomplishing tasks like shooting, eating on time, and not misplacing her phone is a win in itself.
The 33-year-old actress recently appeared in the movie “Tumko Meri Kasam,” directed by Vikram Bhatt, which is inspired by the life of Dr. Ajay Murdia, the founder of Indira IVF. Adah Sharma will next feature in “Governor: The Silent Saviour” alongside Manoj Bajpayee, set to release on June 12. The film, presented by Sunshine Pictures and directed by Chinmay Mandlekar, is a production of Vipul Amrutlal Shah, co-produced by Aashin A. Shah, and written by a team of writers.
