Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) Director Jeet Adani highlighted the significance of GreenX Talks, stating that the Adani Group values growth through inclusion over scale. Describing “Green” as eternal and “X” symbolizing extraordinary human spirit, Adani emphasized the celebration of potential, dignity, and human excellence. The fifth edition of GreenX Talks, held at Adani Corporate House in Ahmedabad, reiterated the Adani Group’s belief that growth is not solely about scale but about inclusivity.
Diva Adani, Jeet Adani’s wife, elaborated on the philosophy behind GreenX, emphasizing that talent is recognized based on merit, not sympathy. She stressed the importance of creating spaces where individuals feel they belong due to their achievements. The event’s Chief Guest, V. Vidyavathi from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, highlighted the government’s commitment to enhancing rights, accessibility, and livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Renowned classical dancer Sudha Chandran spoke about resilience and reinvention, urging people to define themselves by determination, not circumstances. Visually-impaired entrepreneur Srikant Bolla shared an inspiring message, encouraging individuals to dream big and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
The Adani Ability Awards were presented during the event, with honorees including former Indian Blind Cricket Team captain Ajay Kumar Reddy, IAS officer Ayushi Dabas, Indian Army officer Lt Col C. Dwarkesh, disability rights activist Malvika Iyer, artist Sheela Sharma, and social entrepreneur Alina Alam. The awards recognized excellence in various fields, from adaptive sports to public service and entrepreneurship.
