Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) and IHG Hotels & Resorts have inked a significant deal to develop five hotels in India, boosting travel and economic growth. This agreement will introduce nearly 1,500 keys across various brands and locations, aligning with IHG’s expansion strategy in India and catering to the increasing travel demand and the country’s growing aviation and tourism sectors.

Pranav Adani, Director of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), expressed the vision to create top-notch destinations integrating travel, stay, and urban experiences within India’s expanding aviation ecosystem. The collaboration with IHG Hotels & Resorts will see the development of five hotels in key gateway destinations, enhancing the country’s high-quality hospitality infrastructure in line with its long-term travel and economic objectives.

The hotel portfolio includes a Kimpton hotel in Jaipur, along with Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels in upcoming mixed-use developments within the Adani Airport cities situated in Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram. Adani, India’s largest private airport operator, is also in advanced talks with IHG to further strengthen and broaden this partnership for future endeavors.

This partnership marks the introduction of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in India, known globally for its design-focused hotels, chef-driven dining experiences, and boutique luxury offerings.
