In the second step, Adani highlighted a shift in the group’s approach towards contractors, aiming to establish long-term partnerships focused on mutual growth and project delivery excellence. The third and crucial step focuses on prioritizing worker dignity within the organization, ensuring clean living conditions, proper healthcare, and fair wages for the workforce.
Adani also underscored the significance of the Adani Foundation in advancing their social initiatives, reaching millions of individuals across various states. The Foundation is expanding its impact by focusing on healthcare, education, and skill development programs to empower communities. Adani mentioned initiatives like rural vision care models, healthcare education centers, and skill development projects benefiting thousands of youth.
The Adani Group’s commitment to enhancing healthcare services is evident through projects like Adani Health City, which aims to establish integrated health campuses in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Additionally, the group’s focus on skill development includes training a substantial number of youth in rural India, fostering employability and local talent retention. Adani highlighted the group’s efforts in creating employment opportunities through initiatives like the Karma Utsav program in Kutch, Gujarat.
