Adani Airport Holdings Limited’s consumer app, Adani One, has achieved a significant milestone by reaching over five million members in just ten months since launching Adani Rewards. This loyalty program, available at all eight airports managed by AAHL in seven states, enables passengers to earn and redeem reward points for various airport services through the app. The company highlighted that this achievement signifies the increasing acceptance of digital solutions that streamline the airport journey and offer rewards for passenger spending.
In response to this success, AAHL announced plans to introduce a tiered membership system later this year, providing frequent flyers with enhanced benefits and personalized privileges. An AAHL spokesperson expressed enthusiasm about the rapid growth, stating that new features and expanded member benefits will be introduced to engage passengers across all AAHL-managed airports. Passengers can easily enroll in Adani Rewards by providing their mobile number during purchases, with earned reward points redeemable for a range of benefits such as complimentary food, premium airport experiences, and more through the Adani One app.
The company also revealed that seasonal campaigns like Diwali, Winterfest, and the recent Summer Carnival have boosted user engagement by offering exclusive deals and tailored experiences. Future enhancements to the program are in the pipeline to broaden its appeal across the airport network, which spans from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala to Guwahati in Assam. Additionally, AAHL, as India’s largest public-private partnership airport operator, currently manages eight airports including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and others.
