Actress Ameesha Patel, previously stranded in Oman amid the UAE-Iran clash, has safely arrived back in India. Taking to Instagram, she shared a photo with her travel companion, expressing gratitude for the prayers and safety. Patel had faced travel disruptions due to the closure of UAE airspace following missile attacks.

During her journey back from New York to Mumbai, Patel detailed the challenges faced, including being diverted to Muscat due to the conflict. Traveling with DJ Chetas and producer Kunal Goomer, she highlighted the prolonged airport wait before reaching Mumbai. The escalating tensions between Iran and the UAE have led to a conflict situation, with missile and drone strikes impacting key UAE infrastructure.

The conflict has seen Iran targeting UAE oil facilities and shipping routes, prompting strong air defense responses from the UAE. Despite ceasefire attempts, the region remains volatile, marked by geopolitical tensions and intermittent attacks. The USA’s impending exit from the war, initiated with strikes on Iran earlier this year, has contributed to heightened oil prices due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.
