American golfer Jhared Hack extended his lead at the PGTI Qualifying School 2026 by shooting a two-under 70 for the second consecutive day, reaching a total of four-under 140. This performance put him three shots ahead at the Kensville Golf & Country Club in Ahmedabad.
Following closely behind, Shubham Jaglan and Sawai Hamendra Singh Bhati finished the day tied for second place at one-under 143 after scoring 71 each in round two. The halfway cut was set at 11-over 155, with 82 players, including 16 amateurs and 14 foreign players, making it through out of a field of 131.
Jhared Hack, with a score of 70-70, secured his lead with five birdies and three bogeys on the second day. Despite a shaky start, Hack’s strong wedge-play helped him score birdies on all Par-5s, with a notable birdie resulting from an excellent approach shot on the fourth hole. Hack emphasized his patience and solid golf performance throughout the day.
Rohit Baisoya holds the fourth position at even-par 144, while Kartik Singh, Pritish Singh Karayat, and Joysurjo Dey are tied for fifth place at one-over 145, with promising performances from the young golfers. The top 47 players at the end of round four will secure their full cards for the 2026 PGTI season.
