Union Home Minister Amit Shah declared that regardless of efforts by Mamata Banerjee and the Trinamool Congress, illegal infiltrators in West Bengal will be identified and removed systematically. Shah emphasized that these infiltrators are taking jobs from locals and relying on state-provided aid. He assured that post-elections, strict actions will be taken against both infiltrators and antisocial elements supported by the Trinamool Congress.
The Home Minister highlighted the contrasting goals of PM Modi and Mamata Banerjee, stating that while Modi aims for national security, Banerjee’s focus is on securing the Chief Minister’s position for her nephew. Shah expressed confidence that the BJP government will end Trinamool Congress’ 15-year rule of fear, terror, and corruption, ushering in a new era of development in West Bengal. He also debunked rumors about discontinuing financial aid schemes, promising increased assistance for women and unemployed youths under BJP governance.
Shah’s remarks came during a campaign rally in Debra, West Midnapore district, ahead of the upcoming West Bengal assembly elections. He assured the public that the BJP government’s priority is the state’s progress and security, aiming to eliminate the prevailing atmosphere of fear and corruption.
