In an old video circulating online, Bachchan expressed his admiration for Maan, recalling their first encounter at an airport. Maan, in response, praised Bachchan for his compassion towards others and acknowledged his exceptional talent and artistry.
Amitabh Bachchan recently commemorated his late mother Teji Bachchan on her 18th death anniversary. He dedicated the day to her memory, sharing a heartfelt note and a photo on his blog. Teji Bachchan, who was married to Harivansh Rai Bachchan, passed away in 2007 after a prolonged illness at the age of 93. She was known for her love for the stage and singing at social gatherings.
In another update, Amitabh Bachchan penned a note regarding the rescheduling of his grandson Agastya Nanda’s film ‘Ikkis’. Originally set for release on Christmas alongside another film, ‘Ikkis’ will now have a solo release on January 1. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the movie is a war drama based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal during the 1971 India–Pakistan War.
