Anar Patel, daughter of former Gujarat Chief Minister and Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, has been named as the president of the Khodaldham organization, a prominent body in Gujarat and beyond. The announcement was made during the Khodaldham Convener Meet 2026 in Rajkot. Naresh Patel, the chairman of Khodaldham Trust, disclosed this decision in the presence of conveners from Saurashtra and various districts of Gujarat.
With this new role, Anar Patel will oversee the organizational operations of Khodaldham and will manage its activities at state, national, and international levels where Khodaldham units are active. Naresh Patel expressed his happiness and pride in appointing Anar Patel, stating that her leadership will bring honor to Gujarat. Anar Patel will now lead the organization, which has a structured presence in all 31 districts of Gujarat with conveners at various levels.
Following the appointment, district conveners will operate under Anar Patel’s guidance. Khodaldham organization focuses on social service, education, healthcare, and initiatives promoting social unity. The position of Khodaldham organization president is considered crucial within the trust’s administrative setup.
In her new capacity, Anar Patel will collaborate with zonal heads, district conveners, and committees in Gujarat to ensure the smooth implementation of organizational plans. Khodaldham, known for its grassroots network, has established a robust organizational presence over the years.
