Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has urged party leaders and cadres to enhance the TDP’s presence at every polling booth to boost its vote share in future elections. Naidu emphasized the need to secure more votes than in the 2024 elections and highlighted the importance of showcasing the government’s development initiatives during upcoming local body polls.
He expressed confidence in a significant victory in the local body elections and stressed the necessity of increasing the vote count in the next general elections within three years. Naidu also underlined the importance of coordination with alliance partners Jana Sena and BJP at the grassroots level to avoid controversies.
Naidu emphasized the strong cadre and disciplined nature of the TDP, stating that maintaining discipline from grassroots workers to party leadership is fundamental. He praised his son Nara Lokesh, the party’s national working president, for his contributions during the opposition period and efforts towards job creation and attracting global investments to Andhra Pradesh.
The Chief Minister highlighted the state government’s efforts, with central assistance, to revive the economy and restore public trust. He criticized the YSR Congress Party for false propaganda and urged TDP members to counter it with factual information to uphold the government’s image and development initiatives.
