Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is set to participate in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) constituents’ meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday. Naidu, also the national President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), will be leaving for the national capital for a two-day visit to attend the NDA and NITI Aayog meetings. The Chief Minister will depart from Gannavaram Airport at 11.30 a.m. and is expected to reach New Delhi to join the NDA alliance partners’ meeting at Bharat Mandapam from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Naidu will engage in discussions at the NDA meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Following this, on Thursday, he will participate in the 11th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog at Rashtrapati Bhavan from 9.15 a.m. to 5 p.m. After the meetings, he will return to Amaravati around 9 p.m. on the same day. The NDA meeting, marking the government’s 12th year, is expected to cover achievements, future policy priorities, and the alliance’s roadmap ahead.
The meeting will witness the participation of key NDA constituents and senior leaders. Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan may also attend. This gathering holds significance as it follows the BJP’s government formation in West Bengal and Assam. With upcoming Assembly elections in various states next year, the meeting gains importance.
The NDA meeting follows the recent INDIA bloc meeting in Delhi, where opposition party leaders discussed electoral, educational, and economic issues.
