Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee President Y.S. Sharmila informed on social media that she is on the path to recovery following an abdominal surgery. She expressed gratitude to well-wishers for their support during this time. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also extended their wishes for her speedy recovery.
Telugu Desam Party Working President Nara Lokesh joined in wishing Sharmila a swift and full recovery. Jana Sena leader hoped for her quick return to public life post-surgery. In a separate incident, Bharata Rashtra Samithi leader Peddi Sudarshan Reddy faced a heart attack in Telangana and was admitted to a hospital in critical condition.
BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao and other party leaders visited the hospital to check on Reddy’s condition. Reddy was later transferred to Hyderabad for further treatment at Yashoda Hospital.
