Hyderabad, Jan 11 (IANS) Telangana is under the grip of intense cold wave conditions with the lowest temperature dropping to below 10 degrees Celsius at some places.According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Adilabad recorded the lowest temperature of 7.7 degrees Celsius on Sunday.
