Social media influencer and Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor’s sister, Anshula Kapoor, recently shared insights into the nostalgic theme of her wedding reception. The event was a tribute to the 1990s, a decade that held significance for her and many guests. Anshula highlighted the thoughtful details at the venue, including a special display dedicated to Hrithik Roshan’s debut film ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’.
The reception featured elements like vintage cameras, old telephones, and retro decor, evoking the charm of the ’90s era. Additionally, a candy cart and popcorn station were set up to recreate the ambiance of old-school fairs and movie nights. Anshula expressed gratitude to the decor team for creating a space filled with happiness and nostalgia.
The star-studded reception, which followed Anshula’s wedding to Rohan Thakkar on July 6 in Mumbai, was attended by family members and celebrities like Jackie Shroff, Bobby Deol, and various Kapoor family members. The event also paid homage to ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’, a 2000 blockbuster that marked Hrithik Roshan’s debut as a leading hero alongside Ameesha Patel.
