Apple unveiled the iPhone 17e, a new addition to the iPhone 17 series, featuring the latest A19 chip for improved performance, an advanced camera system, enhanced durability, MagSafe technology, and doubled starting storage at 256GB. The iPhone 17e also boasts the C1X cellular modem, designed by Apple, offering twice the speed of the C1 in the iPhone 16e.
The device comes with a 48MP Fusion camera that captures high-quality photos, including next-gen portraits, and 4K Dolby Vision video. It includes an optical-quality 2x Telephoto feature, providing the functionality of two cameras in one. The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with Ceramic Shield 2 offers 3x better scratch resistance and reduced glare compared to the previous generation.
Available in black, white, and a new soft pink finish, the iPhone 17e will be open for pre-orders starting March 4, with availability from March 11. Priced at Rs 64,900, the iPhone 17e offers 256GB of storage, double the entry storage of the previous generation at the same starting price and quadruple that of the iPhone 12.

The iPhone 17e boasts long-lasting battery life, supported by Apple silicon efficiencies, including the C1X cellular modem, and advanced power management through iOS 26. Additionally, Apple introduced the new iPad Air, featuring the M4 chip and enhanced memory, offering significant performance enhancements at the same starting price.
