Arsenal extends lead in Premier League, Real Sociedad advances in Copa del Rey

Arsenal secured a 1-0 victory over Brighton, moving seven points clear at the top of the Premier League. Bukayo Saka’s ninth-minute goal set the tone for Arsenal’s dominance throughout the match.

Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson leveled the score with a crucial 76th-minute goal, impacting the title race. Manchester City faced a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest, with goals from Antoine Semenyo and Rodri.

West Ham clinched a 1-0 win over Fulham, courtesy of Crysencio Summerville’s goal. Newcastle United triumphed 2-1 against Manchester United, with William Osula scoring a dramatic last-minute winner.

Chelsea defeated Aston Villa 4-1, with Joao Pedro netting a hat-trick. Real Sociedad advanced to the Copa del Rey final after a 1-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao in the semifinals.

Mikel Oyarzabal’s 87th-minute penalty sealed the win for Real Sociedad. The final, set for April 18, will see Real Sociedad face Atletico Madrid.
