Emphasizing the importance of civil services in nation-building, Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt. General K.T. Governor Parnaik advised officers to engage with real challenges on the ground and address them promptly and sensitively.
He encouraged the officer trainees to adopt a citizen-centric approach that prioritizes service, compassion, and the well-being of the common people. Lt. General Parnaik (Retd.) urged Civil Service officers to align their actions with the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, ensuring development for all sections of society. He also emphasized the importance of leveraging technology for efficiency and transparency while making decisions based on empathy and ethics.
Governor Parnaik highlighted the significance of continuous capacity building through professionalism, adaptability, and lifelong learning in public service. He commended the awardees of the Bharat Scouts and Guides Rajya Puraskar for their achievements and encouraged them to aim for higher accolades. The Governor advised the awardees to maintain a balance between tradition and technology, prioritize physical fitness, engage in outdoor activities, and incorporate Yoga into their daily routines for holistic well-being.
