Defence spokesman Lt Col Mahendra Rawat commended the troops for their quick thinking and alertness in rushing to the spot upon receiving the alert. The Quick Reaction Team arrived equipped with water hoses and firefighting gear, effectively extinguishing the fire and preventing its spread to nearby establishments.
