Actor Babil Khan, son of the late Irrfan Khan, recently discussed meditation, emphasizing that it should not be a mere task but a state of being. He highlighted the importance of integrating meditation into daily life naturally rather than as a separate activity. Babil stressed the significance of self-acceptance and setting a positive mindset to navigate each day confidently.

Babil, who has resumed shooting for his upcoming film in Bhopal, had taken a break from the industry and social media earlier due to feeling disconnected. Starting as a camera assistant, he made his acting debut in 2022 with the film Qala, followed by Friday Night Plan. The young actor garnered attention for his role in The Railway Men, a series focusing on the Bhopal Gas Tragedy.

Having received acclaim for his performances, Babil’s journey in the entertainment industry has included diverse experiences, from training in Muay Thai to exploring different acting roles. His dedication to self-improvement and authenticity reflects in his approach towards both his craft and personal growth.
