Baloch pro-independence leader Hyrbyair Marri strongly criticized Pakistan for its recent airstrike on a rehabilitation hospital in Kabul. Marri denounced Islamabad’s actions as part of what he called Pakistan’s expansionist agenda and anti-Afghan policies, labeling Pakistan as a disruptor of regional peace. The airstrike, which targeted the Omid Addiction Treatment Hospital, resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.
Marri expressed his condolences to the victims’ families and wished a speedy recovery to the injured individuals. He condemned the attack as a grave violation of humanity and accused Pakistan of destabilizing Afghanistan through violent means. Marri emphasized the need to unite against such aggression and violence sponsored by Pakistan to ensure peace in the region.
The Baloch leader accused Pakistan of occupying territories belonging to the Baloch and Pashtun peoples, leading to instability in Afghanistan. He stressed the importance of expelling occupying forces from these lands to achieve lasting peace in the region. Marri reiterated the unwavering support of the people of Balochistan for Afghanistan and called for cooperation to promote peace and prosperity in the region.
Marri criticized Pakistan for its lack of genuine interest in fostering peaceful relations with Afghanistan, regardless of the government in power in Kabul. He urged unity between Balochistan and Afghanistan to defend their territories, safeguard economic interests, and strengthen their cultural ties.
