Barmer Police Crack Blind Murder Case, Arrest Wife and Lover

Barmer’s Sadar Police achieved a significant breakthrough by solving a blind murder case. They apprehended a woman and her suspected lover for allegedly killing her husband and disposing of his body in a water tank to cover their tracks. Acting on directives from Barmer SP Chunaram Jat, a special team swiftly cracked the case using technical surveillance and field intelligence.
The accused individuals, Netal Devi and Gumansingh Rajput, have been taken into custody. The case unfolded on June 4 when Mahesharam Bhil reported the discovery of his brother Tejaram’s body in a water tank on land near Naukhada Malpura Phanta.
SHO Kartar Singh initiated an investigation upon finding suspicious circumstances and intelligence implicating Tejaram’s wife and an associate. Following the emergence of evidence, Mahesharam filed a murder complaint against Netal Devi, Gumansingh Rajput, and another individual named Nimbaram on June 15.
