Popular actor Barun Sobti emphasizes his enduring belief in the power of strong scripts, despite the changing landscape of the world and social media. He acknowledges the evolution of algorithms and social platforms but remains steadfast in his reliance on quality scripts for his work. Barun highlights the importance of self-awareness and personal growth to maintain relevance in the industry, emphasizing the need to understand one’s unique strengths rather than comparing oneself to others.

Barun is set to return in the second season of the “Kohrra” franchise, alongside Mona Singh and Rannvijay Singha. The upcoming season, premiering on Netflix on February 11, follows Barun’s character, Amarpal Garundi, as he collaborates with Mona’s character to unravel a complex murder mystery. “Kohrra” is a crime thriller series on Netflix, known for its dark and intricate storytelling, created by Sudip Sharma, Gunjit Chopra, and Diggi Sisodia, and directed by Randeep Jha.

The second season of “Kohrra” promises a fresh case and a new dynamic between the lead characters, set against the backdrop of Punjab’s stark and chilling atmosphere. Produced by Saurabh Malhotra, Sudip Sharma, Manuj Mittra, and Tina Tharwani, the new season signifies a significant creative progression for the series, maintaining its gripping narrative style and engaging storytelling.
