The movie ‘Bhogi’, directed by Sampath Nandi and starring Sharwanand, unveiled the look of Anupama Parameswaran as Kandula Sulochana Rani. Anupama appears as a village belle, carrying a basket of green leaves, showcasing a rustic attire and a determined expression in a rural setting. Sulochana is depicted as a resilient individual deeply connected to nature, earning a living by crafting leaf plates from Moduga leaves.
The film’s makers had earlier disclosed that Sharwanand portrays a character named Ganga in this highly anticipated action thriller. ‘Bhogi’ recently completed filming intense action sequences in Rajamahendravaram, Rampachodavaram, and Maredumilli, with preparations ongoing for the next schedule in Hyderabad starting in May. Dimple Hayathi also stars in a lead role alongside Sharwanand in this period action drama set in the 1960s.
‘Bhogi’ boasts a skilled crew, with Kiran Kumar Manne handling production design, Kishore Kumar Arokia in charge of cinematography, and Bheems Ceciroleo composing the music. The movie is slated for a pan-India release on August 28, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan, across Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.
