In response to the PM’s appeal, Bihar Panchayati Raj Minister Deepak Prakash has decided to walk from his residence to his office, emphasizing responsible resource usage. He is set to start his walk at 10:45 a.m. from his residence at Patna’s 24M Strand Road. Minister Prakash has also encouraged virtual governance measures.
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has also taken steps to reduce fuel consumption by traveling with a reduced number of vehicles in his official convoy. This action demonstrates adherence to the Prime Minister’s call for fuel conservation. PM Modi has urged citizens to minimize petrol and diesel usage amid the US-Iran conflict, promoting public transport and carpooling.
