Amid the controversy over the unpublished book ‘Four Stars of Destiny’ by former Army Chief Gen. M.M. Naravane, the BJP criticized Rahul Gandhi and other leaders for allegedly deceiving the nation with false information. BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh accused Rahul Gandhi of spreading lies to gain popularity and urged him to apologize to the nation. The BJP emphasized that the book in question has not been published, as confirmed by the Defence Minister.

He called for those claiming otherwise to provide evidence of its publication or face legal action. C.R. Kesavan, BJP National Spokesperson, denounced the Congress party for what he termed as a “fake and fraudulent book bomb” and highlighted the publisher’s statement that the book remains unpublished.
CPI(M) MP Amra Ram raised concerns about the government’s handling of the issue and questioned the restrictions imposed on the Leader of Opposition. He criticized the government for seemingly ignoring public opinion and limiting the opposition’s voice. Amra Ram highlighted the importance of allowing opposition leaders to raise issues and present their viewpoints without time constraints.
