BJP Bihar President, Sanjay Saraogi, praised the appointment of Suvendu Adhikari as the Chief Minister of West Bengal, calling it a significant day for BJP workers nationwide. He highlighted the defeat of the ‘anti-people’ government in Bengal and expressed optimism for the state’s progress under BJP leadership.
Saraogi mentioned that various prominent leaders, including BJP and NDA Chief Ministers from different states, would be present at the oath-taking ceremony, along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He emphasized the long-held aspiration of BJP workers to govern West Bengal and anticipated a substantial transformation in the state under Adhikari’s leadership.
Bihar Minister Dilip Kumar Jaiswal described the day as historic for Bengal, noting the end of decades of Communist, Congress, and TMC rule. He highlighted the formation of a new government that signifies a positive change for the state’s future. Adhikari expressed confidence that the oath ceremony, attended by Prime Minister Modi, would mark a new era of development, peace, and prosperity for West Bengal.
