The BJP criticized Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for what they termed as “selective outrage” regarding the Israel-Gaza conflict. BJP National Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia accused Priyanka Gandhi Vadra of lacking moral courage for not condemning the October 7 massacre by Hamas against Israel. Bhatia referred to her as the “female Ghajini of Indian politics” and questioned her convictions despite her Gandhi surname.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, on the other hand, expressed hope that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would address the “genocide of thousands of innocent men, women, and children” in Gaza during his visit to Israel. She urged for justice for the victims and emphasized India’s historical stance for truth, peace, and justice on social media.
Prime Minister Modi embarked on his two-day visit to Israel to strengthen the Strategic Partnership and enhance cooperation in various sectors. This visit marks his second trip to Israel following the 2017 visit, which led to advancements in defense, agriculture, and water management. PM Modi looks forward to discussions with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to bolster cooperation and exchange perspectives on regional and global matters.
