BJP MP Manoj Tiwari criticized Rahul Gandhi, calling him an “agent of China” and an “enemy of India.” Tiwari condemned Gandhi for allegedly insulting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and stated that the country would respond to such remarks. Tiwari also questioned West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s recent statement about dying and accused her of using emotional tactics in the elections.
Manoj Tiwari’s comments came after former Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane clarified a phrase related to India-China border tensions. Naravane highlighted the government’s trust in the armed forces and emphasized the need to avoid politicizing such matters. He explained that decisions were made considering all factors, showing confidence in the army’s leadership.
Tiwari further criticized Banerjee’s governance in West Bengal, alleging a deteriorating law and order situation. He claimed that incidents like the RG Kar case reflected a lack of safety and governance in the state. Tiwari accused Banerjee of creating a “gunda raj” where people feared expressing support for other parties. He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for improving conditions and increasing voter participation in the region.
