Amid the controversy surrounding Rahul Gandhi challenging the government over objections to quoting an unpublished memoir by former Army Chief General M.M. Naravane, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey announced plans to establish a library accessible to all. Dubey, known for criticizing the Congress party and the Gandhi family, released a list of 40 books exposing India’s history and alleged controversies tied to Congress’ past governance.
Dubey expressed the aim of creating a comprehensive platform where individuals can access information independently. The proposed library will feature both published and banned books, accessible physically, online, and through an app. He also linked the country’s current security challenges to decisions made during the Congress era.
Dubey raised concerns about various issues, including Article 370, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Kashmir. He questioned Congress’ purported ties with the Communist Party of China and highlighted controversies like the Bofors scandal. The initiative aims to educate the public on matters related to the Nehru-Gandhi family based on information available in books.
