The Bharatiya Janata Party’s national president, Nitin Nabin, recently convened with NDA alliance partners and senior leaders in Uttar Pradesh. In Lucknow, he engaged with various leaders, including those from NDA allies and former BJP state presidents, focusing on bolstering the BJP-led alliance and ensuring a successful third consecutive term in the upcoming elections. Nabin expressed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, projecting a significant victory in 2027 to surpass previous electoral achievements.
Nabin emphasized the commitment of the BJP and NDA allies to elevate Uttar Pradesh to an ‘Uttam Pradesh’, citing substantial developmental efforts undertaken by the central and state governments since 2017. He highlighted the alliance’s dedication to maintaining power in the state with a strong majority, underscoring the importance of cohesive coordination among allies. Criticizing the opposition’s caste-based politics and misleading tactics, Nabin affirmed the electorate’s growing awareness of such strategies, particularly targeting the Samajwadi Party’s ‘PDA’ campaign.
During his visit to Lucknow, Nabin engaged with literary figures and artists, including a meeting with Padma Shri awardee and writer Vidya Bindu Singh at Hazratganj residence. Commencing his two-day visit by interacting with former BJP state presidents to strategize for the 2027 Assembly elections, the BJP chief reiterated the alliance’s determination to secure a resounding victory in the upcoming polls.
