Bharatiya Janata Party National President and Union Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda participated in Christmas festivities in Delhi, underlining the importance of following Jesus Christ’s teachings for the welfare of all. Nadda, speaking at an event organized by the Mao Naga Christian Fellowship Delhi, highlighted the values of love, compassion, and service to humanity promoted by Christ.
The event, held at the Christian Higher Secondary School in New Delhi, brought together believers from the North East Indian community living in Delhi. Nadda commended the ‘Act East’ policy’s positive impact in the region, citing advancements in connectivity and the establishment of a new medical college in Nagaland.
Encouraging the public to strive for the betterment of humanity, Nadda emphasized the significance of being inspired by the principles advocated by Jesus Christ. The celebration, attended by members of the Christian community, showcased a spirit of unity, harmony, and mutual respect on the festive occasion.
BJP National Secretary Anil K Antony, Delhi BJP State President Virendra Sachdeva, and other dignitaries, including Tom Vadakkan, Chairman of Bharatiya Christian Manch, were also present at the event, reflecting a diverse participation from the community.
