BJP President Nitin Nabin will convene a meeting with the party’s state unit presidents at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Monday. The meeting aims to relay important messages from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the party’s top leadership. Notably, elections for 24 Rajya Sabha seats across 10 states are scheduled for June 18, as announced by the Election Commission.
PM Modi’s recent discussions with the BJP core group hold significance in light of the upcoming elections, including those in Legislative Councils. Nabin’s interaction with state unit chiefs is viewed as an effort to refine election strategies and discuss plans for commemorating 12 years of the Modi-led Union government.
The meeting will involve B.L. Santhosh, BJP’s National General Secretary (Organisation), and other National General Secretaries to brainstorm strategies for the forthcoming elections. Discussions are expected to cover state-level BJP activities and issues related to organizational expansion.
In addition to evaluating BJP’s activities at the state level, senior leaders will address matters concerning the party’s growth. The focus will also be on strengthening the BJP at the booth level as preparations are made for the upcoming elections in states like Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa, and Manipur in early 2027.
The meeting coincides with the completion of training sessions for Mandal-level workers by state BJP units under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Maha Prashikshan Abhiyan. The party’s Mega Training Campaign aims to educate workers on cultural nationalism and integral humanism.
BJP President Nabin recently engaged with party workers in Dehradun and visited the home of a booth President. Sharing the experience on a social media platform, he mentioned visiting the residence of booth president Kishor Kumar Ji in Dehradun.
