BJP state chief Madan Rathore has strongly denied former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s accusations regarding the NEET paper leak controversy. Rathore stated that Gehlot’s claims lack factual evidence and seem to be based on misinformation. He emphasized that the accused individual mentioned by Gehlot has no affiliation with the Bharatiya Janata Party and appearing in a photograph together does not prove any political connection.
Rathore reiterated the party’s “Zero Tolerance” stance against corruption and paper leaks, asserting that the BJP is not protecting anyone. He mentioned that the alleged paper leak is believed to have originated in Kerala and then spread to other states through social media, with no direct link to Rajasthan found in the ongoing investigation.
Addressing the NEET examination paper leak issue, Rathore praised the Central Government for promptly canceling the exam to protect students’ interests. He highlighted that the Central Bureau of Investigation is investigating the matter, ensuring that those responsible will face consequences. Rathore reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to combating corruption and malpractices in examinations, emphasizing that strict actions will be taken against wrongdoers.
