Nagenthran emphasized the government’s responsibility to protect citizens from criminal elements, regardless of political affiliations. He criticized the appointment of individuals with criminal backgrounds to ministerial positions, questioning their impact on crime prevention efforts.
Nagenthran accused the TVK government of focusing more on image-building and political propaganda than effective governance. He highlighted a lack of experience in handling public safety issues and emphasized the need for immediate and decisive action against crime.
