The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up to mark its Foundation Day in Bihar with a series of events from April 5 to April 12. A preparatory meeting led by BJP State President Sanjay Saraogi outlined the elaborate program. The celebrations will include decorating party offices, organizing a statewide “Vikas Yatra” on April 6, and hoisting BJP flags at homes.
Foundation Day festivities will extend to every polling booth on April 6 or 7, with the participation of primary and active party members. Conferences for active members are scheduled on April 8 and 9 at district offices to discuss key organizational and political matters. Additionally, a “Gaon Basti Chalo Abhiyan” will run from April 7 to April 12, aiming to connect with people in 50 major villages per assembly constituency.
Preparations for the celebrations are in full swing, with a dedicated coordination team at the state level ensuring smooth execution. Leaders like Radhamohan Sharma, Pawan Jaiswal, Pinky Kushwaha, Satyapal Narottam, and Rajiv Ranjan are overseeing various components of the program. The events are viewed as a significant effort to bolster the party’s grassroots presence in anticipation of upcoming political developments.
Region-wise program in-charges have been appointed across 13 key zones in Bihar to facilitate seamless execution and coordination. Ragini Rani, Sanjay Tiwari, Swati Sinha, Janardan Sharma Jogi, Arjun Gupta, Gautam Kumar, Bittu Soni, Poonam Sharma, Amresh Kumar Ojha, Nidhi Singh, Sushant Kumar, and Archana Thakur are among those entrusted with overseeing specific regions.
The meeting also saw the presence of Headquarters Co-in-charge Dilip Mishra, State Media Co-incharge Prabhat Malakar, and Social Media Co-convener Ambrish Sharma, highlighting a structured approach to the upcoming programs.
