State-owned Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has introduced Bharatgas Lite ZIP, a premium LPG service aimed at enhancing customers’ cooking gas experience. This new offering, inaugurated by BPCL Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Khanna alongside Director (Marketing) Subhankar Sen, combines quick new LPG connections with express delivery for added convenience. Bharatgas Lite ZIP utilizes BPCL’s lightweight Bharatgas Lite composite cylinder, featuring a corrosion-free body, a visible LPG level indicator, and enhanced safety features in a modern design.
The lightweight cylinder is designed for easier handling and improved user convenience, catering to the fast-paced lifestyles of today. BPCL emphasized that Bharatgas Lite ZIP is developed to provide a seamless and premium LPG experience to households, meeting the demands of modern living. Initially launched in Mumbai, this service will expand to 100 more cities across 24 states by August 15, 2026, to offer its premium features and customer-centric approach to a wider consumer base nationwide.
